Thermoelectric coupling gold wire refers to a pair of wires with insulating layer with the same nominal value as the thermoelectric EMF of the matched thermocouple within a certain temperature range. They are used to connect the thermocouple with the temperature display control instrument to compensate for the error caused by the temperature change at the connection between them and the thermocouple.

Thermoelectric coupling gold wire is suitable for single or multi-point connection of automatic temperature measuring instruments in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light textile and other industries, as well as national defense, scientific research and other departments.

Application characteristics of thermoelectric coupling gold wire:

Service temperature: heat resistant grade: - 65 ℃ ~ + 200 ℃ and - 65 ℃ ~ + 260 ℃;

Ordinary grade: - 40 ℃ ~ + 70 ℃ and - 40 ℃ ~ + 105 ℃;

Small bending radius: compensation conductor: not less than 8 times the outer diameter of the conductor;

Compensation cable: not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable with armor and not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable without armor.
